Shipping Charges for Orders Under $75
A nominal shipping charge applies to orders under $75.00. The exact rate will be displayed on the checkout page.
Order Processing and Shipping Carriers
- Most orders ship within one business day of order receipt.
- Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- You will receive an email with the carrier and tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Times
- Ground Shipping: Delivery times vary based on your location. Please allow 2 to 5 days for delivery from the date of shipment.
- Post Office Boxes, Military, and APO addresses must ship via US Mail.
- Express Shipping: We offer 2-Day express shipping on most items.
- Express orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. We are unable to ship express orders to P.O. boxes.
- Please allow 24 hours for order processing and second-day delivery.
- Most express orders placed before 10 AM (CST) ship the same day.
Order Support
- Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email.
- Delayed Orders: If you do not receive your order promptly, contact us via email or text, and we will check the delivery status. You may also contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
- Refused or Undeliverable Orders: Orders refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable will incur shipping costs and a restocking fee.
- Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled up until the time of shipment. Once shipped, customers must return items at their own expense.
- Missing Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery was made.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Be sure to include apartment or suite numbers if applicable. Customers are responsible for any carrier address correction fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
