- Shipping costs are nominal and provided on the check-out page. Orders of $75.00 or more are eligible for FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Most orders ship within 24 business hours of order receipt.
- Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS or FedEx.
- You will be sent an email with carrier and tracking information when your order ships.
- You will be contacted by email if an item is out of stock.
- If you do not receive your order promptly, contact us via email or text and we will check the status of the delivery. You may also contact the carrier with your tracking number for further information.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery, canceled after shipment, or returned as undeliverable for any reason, are subject to shipping costs, and a restocking fee.
- Incorrect address: Customers are responsible for carrier address correction charges if the address submitted is incorrect. Please verify the address before submitting your order. Be sure to include apartment or suite numbers if used.
GROUND SHIPPING (USA) - Delivery times vary based on your location. Please allow 2 to 6 days for delivery from the date of shipment. Post Office Boxes, Military, and APO addresses must ship via US Mail. Ground and Express shipping applies to the United States only.
EXPRESS SHIPPING (USA) - We offer Express Shipping on most items. Express orders are shipped through FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Please allow a 24-hour order processing time and second-day delivery. Most orders ship within one business day of order receipt. Most Express Orders placed before Noon (CST) ship the same day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Canada).
- We ship to the USA and Canada only. Standard shipping costs for Canadian orders are provided on the checkout page. If no amount is listed, we will email you a quote for approval before shipping. Express shipping is not offered to Canada. Orders are shipped fully insured with tracking capabilities.
- Transit times range from 5 - 14 days depending on location and carrier.
- We are unable to ship to any location with a security alert or embargo.
- Duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in shipping costs. We are unable to quote or estimate these costs. Since charges vary by destination, we recommend that you contact your local customs office to determine what, if any charges, may be due. Customs clearance may delay the shipment beyond the original delivery estimate.
