When you're ready to complete your purchase, proceed to checkout and provide your billing, shipping, and payment details. PHONE ORDERS - We no longer accept telephone orders. With the rise of the Internet, smartphones, and tablets, telephone calls have steadily declined while electronic communication has become the preferred method. To serve you better, we invite you to place your orders online through our safe and secure website. While we don’t offer live telephone support, we’re always eager to connect with you! Feel free to email us anytime, or text us at 850-400-3003. You can also leave a voicemail with your email address, and we’ll respond promptly—most inquiries are answered the same day. For your convenience, we also monitor messages periodically on weekends and holidays.

MAIL ORDERS - To place an order by mail, please include the product number, style, and quantity for each item. Enclose a check or money order made payable to Sakura Bay Inc., covering the total charges, including shipping costs. If shipping to a Florida address, please also include the 7% sales tax. For your convenience, provide your telephone number or email address so we can reach you if additional details are needed. For your security, we do not accept cash and kindly ask that you refrain from sending credit card information via email or mail.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING POLICY

At Kimono Shop, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for your orders.

• Shipping Locations and Carriers: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

• Standard Shipping: Please allow 2–5 business days for standard ground delivery, depending on your location. Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day.

• Express Shipping: Expedited shipping is available for most items within the USA. Express orders typically arrive within 2 business days, subject to carrier transit schedules.

• Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, you will be promptly notified via email.

• Important Notes:

  • Kimono Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • We are not liable for packages that are stolen after delivery has been completed.

    RETURN POLICY

    We understand that online shopping entails making purchases "sight unseen," and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

    • Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the ship date. Once approved, items must be returned within 15 days. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any tobacco odor or pet hair. Items should be returned in their original packaging, such as clear glassine bags for yukatas and kimonos. A return authorization number is required for all returns. This number can be included on a note inside the package or written on the exterior of the return package. Merchandise that appears worn, washed, or not in its original condition may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Such items may be subject to a restocking fee or returned to the sender. Please note that certain items are non-refundable and ineligible for returns, including headbands, hachimaki, socks, obis, gift bags, jewelry, and clearance merchandise.     • We do not require the original outer packaging used for shipping, but we encourage you to reuse and recycle, if possible. You may use the carrier of your choice to return your package, and we recommend obtaining a tracking number to verify your shipment to our return center.

    • Refunds will be processed, less original shipping costs. Orders that are refused at delivery are subject to return shipping costs and a restocking fee.

    • Returns of merchandise with Free Shipping are refunded, less the outgoing shipping cost.

    • Returns of multiple items from the same customer may be subject to restocking fees.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Kimono Shop will refund your shipping costs if your merchandise was damaged during the initial shipping process or if you receive an incorrect or defective item.

    • Orders returned without a "Return Authorization" may be refused and subject to restocking fees. All sales are final after 30 days. Contact us for Return Authorization.

      Enhance your gift-giving experience with our eco-friendly gift bags, available for most items. If a gift bag is an option, it will appear in your shopping cart along with its cost. Each gift is beautifully packaged in a 100% eco-friendly jute bag featuring a drawstring closure. Crafted from natural plant fibers, these reusable bags are durable, breathable, and biodegradable. They come in a variety of styles, from printed designs to solid colors, making them perfect for any occasion. We encourage you to reuse these versatile bags. To add a personal touch, your handwritten message will be included on a tag, while prices remain undisclosed to the recipient. Please note that gift bags are non-refundable.

    Typographical Errors - In the event a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Kimono Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is subsequently canceled, Kimono Shop will issue a refund to your credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.
